  • Serve as the Manager for the Volunteer Puppy Raiser Program, Prison Program, and Adoption Program. For the Puppy Raiser and Prison Programs, this position will develop, implement, and coordinate all aspects of each individual program to ensure that puppies are successfully raised, trained, and developmentally prepared for advancement into the advanced Service Dog training program. For the Adoption Program, this position will oversee and monitor all dogs that are career-changed, ensuring they move through the system efficiently and quickly to their ultimate placement.

  • The Instructor is tasked with training dogs to the highest standards in accordance with Liberty Dogs’ and ADI’s guidelines. This position necessitates an in-depth knowledge of Veteran disabilities, as well as a unique understanding of trained Liberty Service Dogs available for placement to make successful matches that will last a lifetime. The Instructor must assess all dogs entering the program and determine whether the dogs should proceed to advanced training, join the breeding program, or be career-changed.
