  • Liberty Dog Organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical and supportive services to military Veterans. The LCSW will work directly with Veterans participating in Liberty Dog Organization programs, supporting mental health, emotional well-being, and successful integration with service dogs and supportive services.

  • The Prep / Line Cook supports daily kitchen operations through high-quality food preparation and service execution. This role is primarily prep-driven (approximately 80% prep and 20% line support) and focuses on scratch preparation of ingredients, sauces, batched components, and grab-and-go items.

    The position works across multiple stations, including grill, fry, flat top, assembly/build station, cold prep, garde manger, and Rational oven/baking production. Cooks are expected to follow standardized recipes, production lists, and food safety procedures while maintaining clean, organized workstations.

    Liberty Dogs operates a scratch-cooking kitchen with a calm, structured, no-chaos service philosophy. This role is designed for professional cooks who can support production readiness and hold stations independently when needed.

    Liberty Dogs operates a hybrid foodservice model serving approximately 20 on-site guests per meal period for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a grab-and-go program, catering, and special events.

  • The Security Officer position is a full-time (40 hours/week) position responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment across the 27-acre Liberty Dogs Campus. Working as part of a dedicated security team, the officer supports 24/7 coverage for all staff, Veterans, volunteers, guests, and dogs on-site. This role requires a dependable, team-oriented individual who can meet the physical and mental demands  of campus patrol, emergency response, access control, and incident reporting. Candidates must be committed to safety, professionalism, and the unique mission of supporting Veterans through our work with service dogs.

  • The Shelter Dog Trainer is responsible for assessing, training, and behaviorally supporting dogs in a shelter environment to improve welfare, adoptability, and appropriate placement outcomes. This role focuses on humane, evidence-based training and behavior modification to address stress-related and common shelter behaviors while promoting safety for dogs, staff, volunteers, and the public.

     

    The Shelter Dog Trainer collaborates with shelter leadership, veterinary staff, and adoption teams to develop individualized behavior and enrichment plans and may identify dogs suitable for advanced training programs, adoption, foster placement, or alternative career paths.
