The Prep / Line Cook supports daily kitchen operations through high-quality food preparation and service execution. This role is primarily prep-driven (approximately 80% prep and 20% line support) and focuses on scratch preparation of ingredients, sauces, batched components, and grab-and-go items.

The position works across multiple stations, including grill, fry, flat top, assembly/build station, cold prep, garde manger, and Rational oven/baking production. The Security Officer position is a full-time (40 hours/week) position responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment across the 27-acre Liberty Dogs Campus. Working as part of a dedicated security team, the officer supports 24/7 coverage for all staff, Veterans, volunteers, guests, and dogs on-site. This role requires a dependable, team-oriented individual who can meet the physical and mental demands  of campus patrol, emergency response, access control, and incident reporting.
